• Booking & Payment Policy:
A deposit of 20% of the total service fee is required upon booking to secure your appointment. You will be contacted with the details to make this payment by BACS. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 48hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Upon completion of the appointment, the deposit will be applied toward the final balance. Any prescription fees will also be payable following consultation. Prescription fees are strictly non-refundable regardless of appointment cancellation as the prescription will be issued and paid for.

Please do not book any anti-wrinkle, advanced botox or vitamin injections without first booking a consultation as these treatments require a prescription which will be issued after consultation.
